Key Responsibilities

• Menu Development : Assist the Chef in planning and executing innovative menu items that showcase our culinary vision.
• Inventory Management : Ensure proper inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Food Preparation : Oversee food preparation to maintain quality, efficiency and consistency in every dish served.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
