Conduct screening interviews with qualified nursing candidates in a timely manner. Coordinate with client scheduler regarding staffing and maintain the scheduler up to date. Qualifications & Skills The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with a proven track record in healthcare staffing and tapping hidden markets. Ability to build successful relationships with internal and external resources. New business development skills and selling/negotiation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and professional interaction with co-workers, supervisors, and clients. Proficient computer skills.
