Responsibilities Maintain the facility by cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing. Remove miscellaneous debris and trash. Refresh bath area by cleaning toilet and sinks; refill hand towel and toilet paper dispensers. Clean floors by washing and vacuuming. Maintain furnishings by dusting and polishing furniture; clean and polish glass surfaces. Keep supplies ready by restocking housekeeping supplies; order new supplies as needed. Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshoot breakdowns; maintain supplies; perform preventive maintenance; call for repairs. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; comply with security regulations. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Enhance housekeeping reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
