Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related field and practical experience or internships in HR. While some exposure to recruitment and employee relations is necessary, this is not a management position. However, there is ample opportunity for career advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• The Human Resources Generalist will be primarily responsible for recruitment and employee relations activities across our multiple locations.
• Duties include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
• The incumbent will also handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Collaborating with managers and executives to address staffing needs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Additional HR duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related field is required.
• Practical experience or internships in HR are preferred, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
