To support the growth of Hawk Logistics, the full-time Carrier Sales Representative will build and maintain strong carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and identify growth opportunities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Establish and maintain strong relationships with carriers while optimizing profit margins Identify growth opportunities by analyzing freight and carrier capacity and provide insights to management Oversee the entire process from carrier onboarding to load delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent industry experience required 3+ years of experience in full-cycle Freight Brokerage/Third Party Logistics (3PL) Notable foundation in Transportation/Logistics Dispatching Experience with Flat-Bed and/or Hazardous Materials Experience in a Start-Up environment preferred
