Hello everyone, I'm Florence, a homeowner in Ashland, California, and I'm currently looking to hire a dedicated housekeeper to help maintain my home. The job involves cleaning tasks across three main areas: the bathroom, the kitchen, and general rooms. My number one priority is to use only eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products, preferably homemade, which I can provide. In the 3 bathrooms, I'm looking for a very thorough, floor-to-ceiling cleaning, including scrubbing bathtubs, scrubbing tiles, cleaning sinks, fixtures and countertops, cleaning mirrors, cleaning toilets inside and out, and mopping the floor. In the kitchen, the main focus will be scrubbing the floor and cleaning the kitchen sink. For the general rooms, the main tasks will involve dusting and vacuuming, with other tasks such as cleaning cabinets, furniture, appliances, ceiling fans, windowsills, etc., to be worked in if time allows. I do not require dish washing, laundry washing or folding, changing bed sheets, or any home organization. I'm offering a competitive wage of $30 per hour for bi-weekly cleaning sessions of 2 to 3 hours (to be discussed).
