Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of IT and technical roles. This position will partner closely with hiring managers and technical teams to deliver high‑quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. The role also provides opportunities to support broader recruiting initiatives as needed. Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and related functions. Partner closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on timelines. Lead intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and candidate closing. Utilize Workday (ATS) to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and recruiting metrics. Conduct effective technical and behavioral screens to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate outreach. Provide a high‑touch candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance. Support select non‑technical searches and broader talent initiatives as needed, including campus recruiting and internship programs. Maintain accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Work Arrangement On‑site presence 2‑3 days per week, with additional in‑office days as needed for meetings or coverage. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for technical or IT recruiting. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred). Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Working knowledge of technical roles and skill sets (software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity). Strong sourcing capabilities using advanced search techniques and direct outreach. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting in enterprise or highly technical environments. Familiarity with campus recruiting, early career programs, or internship pipelines. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage recruiting data for continuous improvement.
