Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Specialist with strong marketing skills to support recruitment efforts and employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while developing creative marketing strategies to attract top talent and promote the organization's employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruitment records.

Marketing & Employer Branding

• Create and manage branch sales marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
• Develop engaging content for social media, job advertisements, company websites, and email campaigns.
• Promote employer branding initiatives to increase company visibility and attract talent.
• Analyze recruitment marketing metrics and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate participation in career fairs, community events, and networking opportunities.
• Manage social media recruitment efforts across multiple platforms.

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and active clients.
• Partner with management to understand workforce needs and staffing requirements.
• Represent the company professionally within the community and industry events.

Qualifications

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

Experience

• Experience with social media marketing, digital marketing, or employer branding preferred.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Skills

• Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling marketing content and job advertisements.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in staffing agency environments.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and content marketing.
• Experience with CRM and ATS platforms.
• Professional certifications in recruiting, HR, or marketing are a plus.
