What we expect from you… Lead and assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events using our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!) Provide an outstanding customer service and membership experience — we treat our families like family here Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at every event Communicate confidently with parents and represent The Little Gym brand professionally Participate in ongoing coaching and training Schedule & Commitment Requirements Must have consistent weekday morning/afternoon and weekend availability year-round Required attendance at weekly team meeting every Wednesday from 3:45pm–5:00pm Must be able to commit long-term (not seasonal or short-term employment) Reliable transportation required You’d fit in here if… You love having fun, giving high-fives, and can play like a kid (a background in child development, education, coaching, or fitness is a big plus!)
