Senior Staff Accountant - Vacaville, CA (Hybrid)

About the Role
You will support accounting operations across locations, with a focus on expense management, accruals, and maintaining accurate financials at the site level. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership, partners cross-functionally, and enjoys working in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage expenses and accruals across multiple warehouse locations
• Support monthly close and financial reporting for site-level P&Ls
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Partner with operations and cross-functional teams on financial processes
• Handle inventory-related accounting, including cost updates and tracking
• Review purchase orders and perform invoice matching
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain strong internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Approximately 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in a large, multi-site organization strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close
• Inventory accounting experience or exposure to operational environments preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) required
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or NetSuite highly preferred
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Schedule

• Primarily onsite in Vacaville
• Hybrid flexibility: work from home Tuesdays and Fridays (except during close periods)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $95,000-$105,000 (depending on experience)
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage
• 401(k) with employer match

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
