In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing communication strategies and resources for transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced communicator who will bring a strong background in the pharmaceutical sector, excels in project-based environments and can collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global organization.ResponsibilitiesSeasoned CommunicatorExtensive experience in strategic communication development and execution, with a demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels, including senior executives. Minimum of 8 years of experience.Change StrategyDevelop strategic plans to manage colleagues through the transition to adopt new behaviors, processes and/or digital solutions.Client ManagementProvide guidance and support to business partners to ensure strategic messaging and adoption of new processes and solutions.Communication Planning & ExecutionAssist in the development and execution of communication plans for system deployments, program communications and change management initiatives.Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with project teams, senior executives, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment across all communications and change management efforts.Content Creation & ManagementDevelop and manage communication deliverables (emails, posters, e-signs, infographics, videos, etc.), while ensuring all messaging aligns with the overarching key messages and audience needs.Audience ManagementPrepare and maintain distribution lists, ensuring communications are customized and delivered to the right audiences.Resource ManagementMaintain and update content on appropriate SharePoint and Teams sites, ensuring they serve as a resource hub for key project information, processes and tools.Survey and FeedbackAssist with the development and distribution of surveys to solicit feedback and measure engagement. Support action planning activities based on feedback acquired.Template & Toolkit DevelopmentBuild and maintain a library of communication templates, materials, and resources that support awareness and user adoption of applications.QualificationsTransformation ServicesPrevious experience helping organizations manage through change, including organizational restructuring, solution adoption and/or large strategic initiatives.Seasoned CommunicatorExtensive experience in communication strategy development and execution, with a demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels, including senior executives.StorytellerCapable of taking complex or technical information and dispelling it into a presentation.Strong Writing & Editing SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness and accessibility.Global Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing ExperiencePrevious experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or technical industries is a plus, but not required.Project ManagementHighly organized with ability to work autonomously and across multiple projects, delivering high quality materials on time.Technical ProficiencySkilled in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, internal social collaboration platforms (e.g., Yammer) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).Attention to DetailStrong attention to detail, clarity of thought, and the ability to listen effectively and execute in a timely manner.CertificationsProsci Change Management certification required; Six Sigma, CCMP, ATD, or PMI preferred.Educational BackgroundA bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism or a related field is required.Required Start Time8 a.m. EST.Why Join Us?Collaborative EnvironmentWork closely with a dynamic and talented team on high-impact projects.Remote FlexibilityThis position is fully remote, offering flexibility and work-life balance.Impactful WorkPlay a key role in driving communication strategies and change management efforts that enhance user digital adoption and project success.J-18808-Ljbffr
