Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to support clinical trials focused on Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). This role is responsible for collecting, managing, and coordinating study data from session monitors who administer dosing to patients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, protocol compliance, and smooth day-to-day study operations.

Experience in CNS/psychiatric research is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and manage clinical trial data from session monitors and study visits
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into electronic data capture (EDC) systems
  • Coordinate communication between session monitors, investigators, and site staff
  • Track patient visits, dosing sessions, and study milestones
  • Maintain study documentation in compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, ICH-GCP)
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and queries
  • Assist with study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities
  • Support monitoring visits, audits, and sponsor communications
  • Ensure adherence to study protocols and site SOPs
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive patient data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, psychology, public health, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in clinical research xywuqvp or healthcare setting preferred
  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes and data management systems is a plus
  • CNS/psychiatric research experience (e.g., depression, mood disorders) preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
