Remote Customer Service Representative Stella Contracting, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, remote position, offering the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and updating our database with any relevant information. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
