Join Our Growing Oncology Program as a Radiation Oncologist

We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist to become a key player in our expanding Oncology program within a fully integrated regional health system serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

Position Overview:

Compensation: $640,000 - $720,000

Become part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary Oncology team supported by a robust referral network.

• Collaborate with Gynecologic and Medical Oncologists
• Receive support from Advanced Practice Providers, Oncology Nursing, Social Work, and dedicated program leadership (Manager and Director)
• Benefit from an excellent internal referral system from primary care
• Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management
• Seize the opportunity to increase patient volume and lead service line development
• Enjoy comprehensive system support with operational and strategic leadership

Departmental Overview:

• Participate in a comprehensive cancer program with strong system-wide referrals
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration across various specialties
• Work with dedicated administrative and operational leadership
• Have the chance to influence program expansion and strategic growth

Qualifications:

• MD/DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
• Completion of a fellowship in Radiation Oncology
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• A team-oriented approach with a passion for program development
• A commitment to increasing patient caseload and enhancing service line visibility

Salary Range: $640,000 - $720,000
