Location: Englewood, OH

Pay Rate: $16.30 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 8:50 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience setting up and operating press equipment required
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience required
• Experience with progressive die machines preferred
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards
• Ability to load and unload material coils and perform physical production duties
• Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate progressive die presses, decoilers, roll straighteners, and feed equipment
• Perform routine quality inspections on parts throughout the production process
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
• Ensure quality standards and production efficiency goals are consistently met
• Load and unload coils of material safely and efficiently
• Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify product specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions to maintain a safe work environment
• Clean and maintain equipment, dies, and work areas
• Support continuous production operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
