These are the qualifications that matter.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods is a plus

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Design and modify equipment, tooling, and manufacturing systems (SolidWorks preferred)
• Analyze production data to drive quality, throughput, and performance improvements
• Support new product launches with a focus on manufacturability and scalability
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement (Lean/CI) initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions
