McCaf Beverage Specialist

As a McCaf Beverage Specialist, you'll bring energy, precision, and personality to every drink you make. As McDonald's launches a new beverage line and focuses on enhancing our guest experience, you'll join this new, elite specialist team tasked with leading all types of drink operations.

What You'll Do

You'll be the go-to expert for all things beverage:

• Prepare McCaf drinks, refreshers, and crafted beverages with consistency and care
• Deliver fast, friendly service while creating a welcoming experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked beverage station
• Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure every drink is made right
• Support the team during busy periods and keep operations running smoothly

Additional Transparency on Wages:

• 14/15 year olds begin at $15.50/hr
• 16/17 year olds begin at $16.25-16.75, depending on availability and experience
• 18+ begins between $17-18.50, depending on availability and experience
