• Initially focus on anchoring our Taiwan market by leading influencer marketing strategies.
• Handle end-to-end collaborations and manage e-commerce marketplaces to boost direct sales.
• Opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and spearhead marketing expansion into China and Vietnam.
• Act like a business owner and scale with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• KOL & Influencer Marketing:
  • Independently responsible for KOL/KOC development, negotiation, and contracts, achieving at least 10 effective collaborations per month.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to manage budgets and maximize ROI.
  • End-to-end project management for influencer collaborations, including sample tracking, copy review, performance tracking, and final reporting.
• Marketplace Sales & Operations:
  • Manage daily operations, product listings, and inventory for major e-commerce platforms.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to optimize sales and conversion rates.
  • Direct traffic from influencer collaborations to e-commerce marketplaces to create a strong sales loop.
• Social Media & Content Operations:
  • Manage and operate various social media platforms including Xiaohongshu, Douyin/TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Plan marketing content tailored to different platforms and convert influencer materials into high-conversion brand ads or posts.
• Data Tracking & Regional Expansion:
  • Track and analyze marketing activities, influencer collaborations, and sales data from e-commerce platforms.
  • Participate in cross-border marketing strategy formulation for entering China and Vietnam markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and operating Xiaohongshu, Douyin, IG, and FB marketing.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Momo, with the ability to manage listings independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Strong ownership and responsibility: self-driven, problem-solving, and accountable for performance goals.
• Fluent in Chinese for business communication and influencer negotiations.
• Fluent in English for international team communication.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus for direct engagement with the Vietnamese market.

Salary & Benefits

• Probation period (three months): USD $1,000-1,200.
• Post-probation salary: USD $1,200–1,600 (performance-based adjustments).
• Long-term incentives based on market stability and overseas expansion.
