Our team is currently looking for skilled Marine Welders and Pipe Fitters to assist with the fabrication, repair, and installation of various marine structures, barges, and vessels. We need individuals who are proficient in pipe and structural welding, possess the ability to interpret complex blueprints and specifications, and are prepared to work across diverse settings including dry docks, shipyards, and directly on board vessels. Core Duties Carry out structural and pipe welding tasks on barges, marine vessels, and associated structures. Utilize SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW techniques to improve the integrity of various metal assemblies. Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials. Assemble, fabricate, and install structural components and piping systems. Analyze and utilize schematics, blueprints, and USCG/ABS specifications to guide project execution. Perform new installations, modifications, and repairs within marine and shipyard settings. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following quality and safety protocols. Operate successfully across dry docks, onboard vessels, and within shop environments. Essential Qualifications Background in heavy industrial fabrication, pipe fitting, or marine welding. Expertise in utilizing GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW welding methods. Capacity to interpret and apply technical welding specifications and drawings. Demonstrate technical skill by passing a practical weld assessment. Help foster a culture of safety by adhering to established shipyard practices. Support operational efficiency by working in physically demanding spaces and confined areas. Preferred Qualifications Possession of ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) welding credentials. Possession of U.S. Coast Guard welding credentials. Prior tenure in a shipyard setting. Active TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.
