What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the engine behind our training programs and events, making sure everything runs smoothly and professionally. Coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions Communicate with participants (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups) Support instructors and speakers with logistics and materials Track attendance and keep records clean and organized Help prepare and support conference sessions and workshops Jump into live sessions and help make sure everything runs smoothly You won’t be doing this alone— you’ll be trained and mentored by a strong team who will help you build real professional skills. Who This Is Perfect For This is for someone early in their career who is: Recently graduated (high school, associate’s, or bachelor’s) OR has 0–2 years of experience Extremely organized (you like checklists, calendars, and getting things right) Reliable (if you say you’ll do it, it gets done—no excuses) Detail-oriented (you catch things others miss) Professional and eager to learn Comfortable communicating via email, Teams, and basic office tools You do not need to know everything—we’ll teach you.
