We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support business operations through data analysis and process improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
• Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Assist in testing solutions and validating business requirements
• Maintain project documentation and business analysis artifacts
• Support project teams with coordination and communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles (internships included)
• Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a structured and collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, ECBA, or similar entry-level BA certifications)
• Internship experience in business analysis or consulting
