Aerotek is hiring warehouse workers for a large manufacturer in Spokane and Spokane Valley, WA!

Job Description:

Join a high-volume concrete and bagged products plant where you’ll perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks to keep production moving. This role includes stacking heavy materials, inspecting products, assisting with basic machine maintenance, and maintaining a safe, clean work area in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Hand stack concrete blocks (20–70 lbs) and feed them onto conveyors.
• Inspect products for chips, cracks, and defects; discard scrap (40–90 lbs).
• Support palletizing operations, completing 20+ pallets per shift.
• Assist with lockout/tagout under supervision and basic machine maintenance.
• Sweep, shovel gravel, and keep work areas clean.
• Work on bag plant and Tube Sand line, lifting 50–70 lb bags.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily pallet targets.
• Follow all safety protocols in a heavy industrial environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs repeatedly for 10-hour shifts.
• Comfort with repetitive, fast-paced production tasks.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, landscaping, or farming preferred.
• Reliable attendance; Monday–Thursday 4:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., Fridays as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Spokane,WA.
