Warehouse Worker Opportunity

Aerotek is hiring warehouse workers for a large manufacturer in Spokane and Spokane Valley, WA!

Join a high-volume concrete and bagged products plant where you'll perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks to keep production moving. This role includes stacking heavy materials, inspecting products, assisting with basic machine maintenance, and maintaining a safe, clean work area in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Hand stack concrete blocks (2070 lbs) and feed them onto conveyors.
• Inspect products for chips, cracks, and defects; discard scrap (4090 lbs).
• Support palletizing operations, completing 20+ pallets per shift.
• Assist with lockout/tagout under supervision and basic machine maintenance.
• Sweep, shovel gravel, and keep work areas clean.
• Work on bag plant and Tube Sand line, lifting 5070 lb bags.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily pallet targets.
• Follow all safety protocols in a heavy industrial environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 5070 lbs repeatedly for 10-hour shifts.
• Comfort with repetitive, fast-paced production tasks.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, landscaping, or farming preferred.
• Reliable attendance; MondayThursday 4:00 a.m.2:00 p.m., Fridays as needed.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
