Human Resources Intern - Get Paid to Gain Real-World Experience!

The Arc Westchester is looking for passionate and driven intern to join our dynamic recruitment team! This is a paid internship where you'll gain valuable hands-on experience from recruitment to onboarding.

Here's what you'll get to do:

• Be part of the hiring process: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and even conduct phone screens with potential candidates.
• Boost our recruitment efforts: Brainstorm creative ways to attract top talent, like revamping our social media presence and exploring new recruiting channels.
• Work with a supportive team: Collaborate with experienced HR professionals and learn from the best.
• Make a real impact: Help us find amazing Direct Support Professionals who make a difference in people's lives.

What you'll bring:

• You're pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You're a go-getter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You're tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and social media.
• You're detail-oriented , enjoy working independently and collaboratively on a team.
• Bonus points: If you have some customer service or administrative experience.

**This is a paid internship offering up to 21hours per week for 3 months. Schedule is flexible, typically 2-3 days per week from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
