Job Description Roseann Mabry from Robert Half is partnering with a manufacturing facility to fill a Human Resource Assistant on a direct hire basis. The full‑time position will include assisting the HR Director with day‑to‑day human resources operations. This entry‑level role allows you to explore all aspects of HR while contributing to a two‑person team. The opportunity is fully onsite. A clear path for advancement exists for the right HR professional who can take on new tasks and master the position. The annual salary for the Human Resource Assistant will be up to $50,000. Responsibilities Assist the HR Director in the daily operations of the HR department Handle HR‑related inquiries or requests and provide assistance Maintain personnel records in both paper and database to ensure all employment requirements are met Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommend corrective actions Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars Collaborate with the HR Director to post job ads on career pages and process incoming resumes Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies Utilize HRIS system and other software such as ADP Workforce Now to streamline HR functions Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role Payroll experience a plus Demonstrated experience in auditing and background checks Knowledge and experience in benefit and payroll functions Strong customer service skills Familiarity with HRIS systems Proven experience in compliance functions Ability to handle recruiting activities effectively Excellent organizational and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
