Working remotely on a contract basis, the Human Resources Assistant II will provide support in employee hiring, retention, and evaluation, while coordinating post-offer processes and ensuring compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements. Key responsibilities Facilitate the onboarding process and conduct new hire orientation sessions Manage employment verifications, background screenings, and professional license verifications Provide ADP Enterprise data entry and system administration support for employee records Required qualifications Relevant certifications or experience in Human Resources preferred Experience with compliance tracking for state licensure and certifications Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee training Proficiency in ADP Enterprise or similar HR systems Ability to work during EST hours
