The ideal candidate is personable, ethical, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proven experience in recruiting or human resources support. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Manager throughout the full-cycle hiring process Source candidates through resume databases, job boards, and professional networks Post job openings and create engaging job descriptions Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews Communicate with candidates via phone and email, maintaining consistent follow-up Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports Assist with employee scheduling and maintaining employee profiles Update and maintain accurate HR information systems and records Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR regulations Answer and direct incoming phone calls Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling all HR matters Support a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace environment Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruiting preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Adobe Fluent English (written and verbal) Professional phone and email etiquette Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment techniques Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent time management and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
