Position Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Intern who is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources (or related field) . This individual will partner directly with our HR and Recruiting teams to support key initiatives across onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and talent operations.

What You'll Do

• Support onboarding processes, including new hire coordination, documentation, and system tracking
• Assist with employee file management, audits, and HR compliance initiatives
• Partner with recruiting to support candidate communication, scheduling, and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates
• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and analytics
• Support policy updates, handbook revisions, and HR process improvements
• Gain exposure to multi-state HR operations, labor considerations, and healthcare-specific compliance

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited university
• Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field
• Must not be graduating within the next academic term (seeking candidates who can commit and grow within the role)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
