Compensation: $55,000–$70,000/year + commission + bonus Location: New York, NY TAG MedStaffing is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter in New York, NY to support full-cycle recruiting across a diverse healthcare client portfolio. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals across nursing, allied health, behavioral health, healthcare administration, and non-clinical healthcare . The ideal candidate has healthcare staffing experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage high-volume requisitions and candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and place healthcare professionals across nursing, allied health, behavioral health, healthcare administration, and non-clinical healthcare roles. High-Volume Healthcare Staffing: Manage multiple active healthcare requisitions while maintaining candidate quality, responsiveness, and hiring timelines. Candidate Sourcing: Recruit talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, healthcare networks, social media, direct outreach, and applicant tracking systems. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain active pipelines of qualified healthcare candidates for immediate openings and ongoing client hiring needs. Qualifications Experience: 1–4 years of healthcare recruiting experience within staffing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a healthcare organization is required. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare recruiting, credentialing, compliance, and high-volume healthcare hiring practices is required. Technical Skills: Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools is required (Bullhorn experience is preferred). Recruiting Skills: Proven ability to source, engage, screen, and place healthcare professionals across multiple specialties is required. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and time management skills are required.
