Maimonides School, a Modern Orthodox Jewish Day School in Brookline, MA is hiring an energetic and experienced elementary general studies teacher. What you will do
You will plan and implement engaging lessons that focus on key mastery objectives, work collaboratively with co-teachers, communicate with parents, and supervise recess and lunch.

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who are well-versed in K-5 instructional methodology. In addition you should be warm, creative, professional, and energetic. In addition you need: 

• Minimum 2 years elementary or middle school general studies teaching experience
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; master’s degree is preferred
• Evidence that you work well with both children and adults
• Knowledge of Jewish content is beneficial, but not required

Salary and Benefits

• Annual salary is $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience

• Vacation, sick, and personal time, including time off for national and Jewish holidays; early release Fridays
