Overview The Banking & Capital Markets Digital Assets Manager will support the development of our digital asset offerings and the delivery of consulting projects, helping clients navigate transformation across strategy, technology, and operations. Responsibilities Provide industry expertise in digital asset adoption, ecosystem, and regulation across financial services verticals and use cases. Demonstrate business and technology expertise with stablecoins, tokenized deposits, tokenized securities, and cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ether, Solana). Support digital assets transformation programs, including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementation. Select, define, implement, or operate digital asset custody solutions or custody models (qualified custody, sub‑custody). Assess digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions and map them to tangible business value. Select, implement, or operate digital‑asset financial‑crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations). Evaluate differences and tradeoffs among blockchains for regulated financial services use cases. Manage all parts of projects from client buy‑in through planning, budgeting, and execution. Support development of next‑generation digital asset technology offerings. Support business development to originate new client opportunities. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad engagement management and business development exposure. Minimum 5 years of digital asset experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within banking (incl. payments) and capital markets. Experience designing or assessing operating models (roles, responsibilities), governance, or risk & control frameworks for regulated financial services institutions. Bachelor’s degree. Bonus Points Extensive transformation strategy or operating model design experience in digital assets within banking and capital markets. Built next‑generation analytic capabilities (e.g., AI, GenAI, data models) for digital assets within banking and capital markets. Experience selecting, implementing, or operating digital‑asset financial‑crime ecosystem solutions. Successful track record of leading complex management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle. Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with senior client executives. Advanced degree or financial industry certification.
