The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for providing quality control for direct mail, social media, emails, web pages, promotions, advertising, and data. Primary job tasks include but are not limited to: adhering to testing procedures, following the quality control checklist, proofreading, and ensuring a zero-error rate for communications. Responsibilities Responsible for performing quality control of provided content, including, but not limited to, direct mail, social media, emails, web pages, promotions, and advertising; reviews target audience data to ensure accurate segmentation Executes basic quality control procedures, with assistance as needed Knows resources and whom to engage solutions with guidance Follows through against given quality control timelines Compares assets to business requirements and supporting materials, including the Brand Style Guide, approved DISCLAIMERS, and landing page information; documents inconsistencies and errors Executes testing procedures and test cases by following established guidelines to ensure a zero-error rate, with assistance as needed Is adaptable to evolving business needs and a changing environment, including new forms of media Solution oriented; positively impacts the environment of his or her direct team and others with whom he or she interacts Works with leader to align on priorities, constructively address project work, and build personal development plans Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and exceptional organizational skills Experience with quality assurance documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, Snagit, or ProofHQ Communicates effectively within their immediate team and is able to represent their team's point of view in peer‑to‑peer communication; articulates ideas and thoughts clearly; proactively listens and asks clarifying questions Prioritizes effectively and hits promised timelines Delivers quality work within a low‑cost environment Pay Range: $25-40/ HR W2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
