Case Associate

The Case Associate ensures program compliance and safety by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, addressing client needs, supervising daily operations, and supporting agency initiatives with flexibility and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

1. Handles a wide array of administrative tasks to ensure compliance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations
2. Accurately and timely updates client files and program databases, as required by agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations
3. Handles all client complaints as well as crisis situations in consultation with their supervisory chain, in compliance with Agency/ Programmatic policies and procedures and treats each case with sensitivity and expedience
4. Recognizes unsafe or potentially unsafe situations in order to take appropriate action to ensure safety at all times. Immediately communicates with chain-of-command when safety concerns arise. Responsible for implementing and enforcing all established safety procedures
5. Monitors residents' activities including child parent interactions/child care arrangements and overnights, particularly curfews and bed times and documents such activities, as required
6. Oversees menu planning, meal preparation, and the completion of cleaning chores and follows up, as needed
7. Accurately logs, stores, and tracks all in-kind donations
8. Must maintain a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed
9. Completes all required trainings;
10. Works on special projects, as assigned.

X Climb up and down up to 3 flights of stairs at a time.

X Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds.
