C&SCM Contracts Management Consultant (FAR/DEAR) Manages contract lifecycle, develops terms and conditions, supports procurement strategy, ensures regulatory compliance, and administers subcontract processes.

The C&SCM Contracts Management Consultant (FAR/DEAR) improves contract lifecycle procedures, terms, and acquisition controls supporting compliant and efficient C&SCM execution. Strategic Advisory & Contract Optimization as part of a Management and Operations Consulting Engagement for Nuclear and Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management [Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM)] Procedural Support Analyzes prime contracts, FAR/DEAR requirements, decomposing obligations into compliant, actionable Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) procedures and execution frameworks

Foundation for Deliverables: Directly drives Deliverable #6 - Recommended Amendments)A detailed List of Recommended Amendments to the prime contract to gain efficiencies for SRNS, based on a comprehensive analysis and identified gaps.

• Benchmarking vs. best practices for Nuclear and Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support [Establish a communication plan that outlines the frequency and methods of communication with stakeholders
• Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws
• Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures
• Comprehensive Set of Procedures to support Contracts & Supply Chain Management
• Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures
• Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts
• Visually appealing flow chart demonstrating the acquisition life cycle
• Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions
• Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness
• Maintaining procedural, form, and terms and conditions compliance resulting from changes to prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws)

Responsibilities and Duties - C&SCM Contracts Management Consultant (FAR/DEAR) | Strategic Advisory & Contract Optimization [SRNS0011011]

• Assess pre-award, award, post-award, subcontract administration, modifications, closeout, and terms-and-conditions processes; recommend contract amendments; align contract instruments with updated procedures; support supplier-facing requirements and flow-down structures.

The role(s) are located in the Southeastern USA Region, at or near Aiken, SC. Initially identified Work Site Address (Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual: Building 992-3W, 1148 Aiken, SC 29808

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For C&SCM Contracts Management Consultant (FAR/DEAR) | Strategic Advisory & Contract Optimization [SRNS0011011] Candidates:

8+ years contracts, procurement, acquisition, subcontract management, or supply chain contracting experience in federal, defense, DOE/NNSA, M&O, or regulated infrastructure environments; experience developing clauses, T&Cs, templates, and contract adminis

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in contracts, acquisition, business, supply chain, law, or related field; CPCM, CFCM, CCCM, NCMA, FAC-C, DAWIA, or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years contracts, procurement, acquisition, subcontract management, or supply chain contracting experience in federal, defense, DOE/NNSA, M&O, or regulated infrastructure environments; experience developing clauses, T&Cs, templates, and contract adminis
• This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector and C&SCM Contracts Management Consultant (FAR/DEAR) Candidates principally support Strategic Advisory & Contract Optimization Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.

Skills Required
