Business Administration (MBA) - AI Content Specialist

What if your MBA could directly shape how AI advises executives, models financial decisions, and reasons through complex business strategy? We're looking for Business Administration experts to stress-test and train cutting-edge AI models ensuring they can hold their own in the boardroom, the analyst suite, and the strategy war room.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for when reasoning goes wrong.

What You'll Do

• Design Advanced Business Challenges Build complex, real-world business cases and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions Create rigorous, step-by-step responses complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality rationales that serve as the benchmark for AI training
• Audit AI Outputs Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
• Sharpen AI Reasoning Identify and document logical failures in AI outputs like ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or missing macroeconomic variables and provide structured, actionable feedback
• Improve Executive-Level AI Help ensure AI can serve as a credible, sophisticated partner for real business decision-making

Who You Are

• Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style summaries and recommendations
• Highly precise you catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and business logic before anyone else does
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or content evaluation
• Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Experience producing professional business deliverables under rigorous standards
