Job Summary: Set up and maintain sewing machines and equipment, ensuring efficient production and smooth machine operation in collaboration with the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain sewing machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair sewing machines and equipment as needed
• Ensure that all machines are running efficiently and effectively
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that all machines are set up correctly
• Train new employees on how to use sewing machines and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingual English- Spanish
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair sewing machines and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Working hours are Monday- Friday 3pm- 11pm. Flexibility with working days and hours is required to meet customer demands.
