Seasonal Position: May - September 2026

Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Desk to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It's important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.

What You'll Do:
  • Greet guest upon arrival with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a personalized welcome to the resort.
  • Open doors and assist guest/visitors entering and leaving property.
  • Assist guest with luggage, providing room orientation.
  • Inform guest of hotel amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Help the Concierge and Front Desk with special request, guest deliveries, and other tasks as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the resort entrance, while maintaining the cleanliness of luggage carts.
  • Maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor.
