Key Assistant Commercial Property Manager Responsibilities Assistant with oversite of daily operations of commercial properties Maintain positive tenant relations and provide responsive customer service Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations Assist with reviewing leases, tenant requests, and operational matters as needed Manage multiple priorities and shifting duties in a dynamic environment Assist with Cam Recs and lease administration Assistant Commercial Property Manager Qualifications 2+ years of Commercial Property Management experience required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Experience with Yardi or Kardin is highly preferred Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Proven problem-solving skills and ability to navigate situations with multiple solutions Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Willingness to take on expanded responsibilities over time Colorado Real Estate License is a plus Please note that Compensation and Benefits are set by our clients and REP cannot be held responsible for any changes in benefits or final compensation offered for a position.
