Other duties include support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, assist with processing returns and exchanges, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, along with follow safety procedures and company policies, work collaboratively across teams and departments, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, provide excellent service to customers and team members. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
